With degrees in organ and pedagogy, she completed most of her musical studies in Toulouse at the Center for Advanced Studies in Music and Dance. She forged her musical personality with, among others, Michel Bouvard and Willem Jansen on organ and Yasuko Uyama on pianoforte and harpsichord. Winner of international competitions (September 2000, First Prize at the “Dom Bedos” International Competition in Bordeaux; October 2008, Second Prize at the “Xavier Darasse” International Competition in Toulouse), she performs in recitals both in France and abroad (Germany, Portugal, Denmark, Switzerland) and regularly collaborates with choirs in the Occitanie and Aquitaine regions. She also founded the duo “Jeu de Voix” with soprano Nadia Lavoyer, which revisits the traditional image of voice and organ. Sylvie Pérez is recognized for the delicacy of her registrations. She is passionate about exploring the multiple facets of the different instruments she has the opportunity to play. He currently teaches organ at the Marmande Conservatoire and the Montauban Departmental Conservatoire.
